Kari Woodson is a wife, mom, stepmom, and “Grandma Kari” to 4 grandsons.
From navigating the trials of infertility to the joy and chaos of raising triplet daughters, Kari has weathered many challenges, including a battle with breast cancer. Throughout it all, she has remained dedicated to helping others.
Originally trained as an attorney, Kari’s perspective shifted dramatically during her
cancer journey. Fueled by a desire to empower others to live their healthiest lives, she transitioned into the role of a certified health coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist
Kari’s clientele spans generations, from women in their 30s-60s and beyond. Every month Kari offers virtual talks on various health issues, she does 1:1 health coaching, and is thrilled to now offer a 12-week Menopause Coaching Program.
Kari guides women through understanding the changes their bodies go through as they age. She equips them with the tools and support necessary to not just embrace, but to THRIVE through the menopause journey and beyond.
