Value Added Wednesday Virtual

When Is the First Time You Put Yourself First? is a powerful, honest conversation created for women who have spent years showing up for everyone else, family, careers, relationships, while quietly putting themselves last.

From a young age, women are conditioned to be accommodating, selfless, and strong for others, often at the expense of their own needs, voice, and dreams. In this inspiring presentation, Coach Mikki St. Germain challenges those beliefs and invites women to redefine strength, success, and self-worth, on their own terms.

Through real-life stories from the football field and life, attendees will be reminded that choosing yourself isn’t selfish—it’s leadership.

Women will walk away empowered to:

√ Identify where they’ve been shrinking, settling, or silencing themselves

√ Release guilt around boundaries, rest, and self-prioritization

√ Rebuild self-belief and confidence at any stage of life

√ Lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity—without apology

√ Step into their next chapter stronger, more grounded, and fully aligned

This talk is a permission slip for women to stop waiting, and start choosing themselves.
